Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- $8 flat rate shipping fee will apply
- All domestic orders will receive a tracking number via email to track their delivery
- Please allow 3-5 shipping days and that does not include processing time
- We are closed on Sundays and start processing orders Monday morning in the order they are received.
** Please note we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to the Domestic US.
** Turquoise Door is NOT liable for lost or stolen packages. We will not offer a refund or replacement of merchandise. If you have an issue, please submit a claim to the USPS or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Local In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 314 Market Street if you are a local. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up and you and come by at your convenience.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-5:00, Monday- Saturday.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
