Thank you for your business and continued support, we appreciate you!! We hope you love your purchase but understand sometimes it just doesn't work out. Here’s what you need to know if that’s the case.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original form or payment. Please see our store credit and exchange policy below.
Returns
All items must be returned in original condition with tags, within 10 days, otherwise they will not be accepted. If returns coverage is purchased at checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, return shipping cost are at the customer's expense. We recommend picking a shipping option that offers a tracking number. Turquoise Door is not responsible for any lost or missing items in the return shipping process. The items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, makeup and fragrance free to receive approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning please include a copy of your receipt, your order number, name and phone number in case we need to contact you.
Size Exchanges
We will do our best to exchange the size if it's still available, otherwise you will be issued a store credit.
Store Credit
Once the item is received back and approved, we will issue you a store credit to be used on a future purchase.

Damaged/Defective Items
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please read.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the item and the tags must be attached.
- The report must be made within 3 days of receiving the item or it will not be accepted
